    The following summarises key terms under which we provide legal services. A full client care letter and terms of business will be provided at the outset of instruction and should be read carefully.

    1. Who We Are

    Lemian and T Solicitors is a law firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No: 805662) and provides legal services in England and Wales.

    1. Scope of Work

    We will agree with you in writing the scope of work, likely timescale, and the fee arrangement before starting work.

    1. Fees and Billing

    Fees may be charged on an hourly or fixed fee basis. VAT at the prevailing rate will be added. Disbursements and third-party costs will be payable by you.

    1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

    We comply with SRA and GDPR requirements in handling your personal data.

    1. Conflicts of Interest

    We undertake conflict checks in accordance with SRA standards. We cannot act where a conflict exists.

    1. Termination

    Either party may end the retainer in accordance with the terms set out in the client care letter.

    1. Complaints

    If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us. Full complaints procedures will be provided with your client care letter and are available on request.

    1. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    1. Jurisdiction and Capacity

    Lemian and T Solicitors is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and provides legal services in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

    Where advice is provided on Greek law, such advice is given in the capacity of a lawyer qualified to practise law in Greece, and not as a solicitor of England and Wales. Advice on Greek law is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

    Professional indemnity insurance held by the firm applies to legal services provided in England and Wales. Separate professional responsibilities apply in respect of advice given on Greek law.
